Get to Know Our Founder

Our founder, Les, has a passion for coach driving deeply rooted in his family heritage. Born into a family of coach drivers, as a newborn he was even driven home from the hospital by his father in a bus.

    Growing up surrounded by buses, Les naturally gravitated towards the driver’s seat as soon as he could.

    Now, with decades of experience, his love for the job has only grown stronger. Determined to leave his own mark in the industry, Les branched out and founded his own premier coaching company – Nomad Coaches.
