Day 01
HOME TO ORANGE

Welcome to our fantastic tour to Parkes for the annual Elvis Festival. Step back into the 1950s with muscle cars, Priscilla lookalikes and an Elvis on every corner of Parkes.

We are welcomed onboard our touring coach as we begin our journey to Parkes. On arrival the day isours to enjoy the festival markets, events and entertainment on offer.

Purchase lunch at one of the many food stalls at the festival markets which fills the park from corner to corner with many unique clothing, food and variety markets in operation.

This afternoon we visit the Henry Parkes Centre that houses the King’s Castle Elvis Exhibit. This interactive exhibit is designed to bring to life some of the highs and lows that Elvis encountered throughout his life and career.

We meet back together for our transfer to Orange, our base for the next two nights.

Day 02
ELVIS FESTIVAL

Excitement is in the air as today is a full day to see Elvis… well a few lookalikes to say the least!

Our first stop is to the annual Street Parade. Enjoy Elvis themed floats, vintage and classic cars and marching bands as they parade down the length of Festival Boulevard. Spend the day enjoying the festival.

The Cooke Park Main Stage will feature free music and entertainment including competitions such as Miss Priscilla and Elvis Look a Like and the Cars of the Era Show, exhibiting the automobiles that ruled the road from a time when Elvis ruled the airwaves.

At a designated time, meet the coach for your transfer to Orange.

Day 03
ORANGE TO HOME

This morning we enjoy some local touring around Orange.

Heading to Norland Fig Orchard, we are welcomed to the farm and enjoy a talk on the journey of the fig and the delicious products they produce here. We have a chance to stock up before a visit to Hillside Harvest. This 75 acre property proudly yields many varieties of fruit, and the owners are passionate about their food. We’ll enjoy a delicious morning tea before a walk through the orchards.

Leaving Orange, we stop along to way to purchase lunch before arriving home from a wonderful tour.
